完全禁止 Google Chrome后台自动更新升级需要四个步骤，具体步骤如下：
1、禁止开机自启的Google 更新服务。
2、禁止开机Google任务计划程序。
3、进入chrome://plugins 禁用Google Update插件。
4、用任意文件替换GoogleUpdate.exe 更新文件即可。（PS：删除GoogleUpdate.exe会自动产生的，文件路径：C:\Users\你的用户名\AppData\Local\Google\Update）
